Conditions/Notes:

Comments by committee as it may relate in the future to final design approval:

1.    Traffic flow discussion

a.    Work through different scenarios

b.    There may be a better way to control amount of vehicles exiting/entering off Rocky River curb cut

2.    There will be need to inform adjacent residents and likely a public meeting

a.    Project has been previewed in West Park local paper

b.    Public meeting/open house will be convened at appropriate time with help from KCDC

3.    Committee would like to see more of landscaping along Sedalia and Melgrave (at least street trees in treelawn) to break up building frontage given the decreased setback and size of new building

4.    Re-evaluate fence and/or fence height in employee sitting/lunch area

5.    There will be a need for dumpster screening for southern property owner and view from the street

6.    Evaluate entrance-way and consider possible connections to the north part of the structure to make entry known.
